# Iteration 000: Baseline

This is the baseline iteration. State files were seeded with assumptions derived from the sihlhack v2 project notes, not from artifact-reaction loops.
## Purpose
Establish starting point for co-evolution. All assumptions start as PENDING.
## Artifacts
None generated. This iteration represents the prior state before the co-evolution system was activated.
## Next Steps
1. Generate first artifact (wireframe, diagram, or scenario)
2. React to it verbally via WhisperFlow
3. Submit reaction transcript
4. Let extraction update state
